About The Artist

Born 2nd of August 1985 in Edsbro, Sweden. Jocke has always been sensitive to his surroundings and reflective about life. Inspired and captivated by the nature, cultures and people around him.

At a very young age, Jocke strongly remembers picking up his fathers analog camera to start document the families daily life . He later found it to be an instrument of unlimited imagination and sentimental value that could impact not just himself, but others too.

Even if he has tried his wings at acting and worked in other creative fields, art has always been an important outlet, a safe-space for his creativity and personal development.

Nowadays, he naturally shifts between and combines the painted, digital, illustrated and photographed art, into his own multi-layered, expressionistic, storytelling style, aiming to evoke emotions that transcend boundaries.
